On our fourth workshop Magdi and Miss Hood decided to take us out onto the school grounds to get ideas on what we would like our sculpture to look like.
Sculptures for me is not exactly my favourite media of art to work with a lot of planning and gathering of materials are needed. I personally prefer drawings and sketches of anime and landscapes, paintings to some extent and lino.
So as we were searching around the school for something interesting to work with we came across many chopped logs of wood which were left overs from the trees that had been cut down in that area we decided that we would like to move them into a specific place where we wanted to conduct our work for the following Monday.
The thing is i'm not entirely sure on what we will make but if anyone has any ideas please do share.

  1. This is our fourth week workshops. After our last sculpture one and the discussions of the way we are going to structure the whole artwork and concept. I thought that you will be able to get inspired and post many ideas of your own concept. It was good that we all conduct the workshop of mind mapping with Miss. Renee and the way that she present to you the simple way to get your ideas sort out in a good way. I still haven't seen serious responses and creative outcome yet.

Only you will decide the way you want to express yourself. No one will be able to direct you that way. As I said before, your concept and imagination of the story you want to tell about yourself and share to communicate with your colleagues is such a great thing that will contribute and be useful to many others across the nation.

But your outcome doesn't show enough effort and hard work.

What we are doing here is not that hard. It is the fun time you spend a few to relax and do something beautiful.

I guess that is art all about.

I hope this week, which is the semi-final of our project will show more achievements and outcome.

Your concept, art statement and proposal should be ready and be on the right track during the week.

By the end your artwork should be ready to give yourself time for any changes to take place.

Thank you wish you have a fun time doing it
